The colour theory balance: Painting an entire wall of built-ins in a deep, muted crimson or terracotta shade is a daring choice. It works beautifully here because it is painted with a warm, earthy mustard yellow on the surrounding walls.

Textural Play with Vertical Lines: Notice how the wardrobe doors on the right feature tongue and groove vertical paneling. This sublty mirrors the vertical columns of the black cast-iron radiator in the bottom right corner. adding geometric rhythm and a bit of rustic texture to the otherwise smooth cabinetry.

The ” Sneaky” Workstation: The built in unit is incredibly functional. While the right side serves as full-height wardrobe storage, the left hand side transforms into a deep-set desk or dresser alcove.
