Functional alcove furniture with desk
Project Details:
Fitted alcove cupboards, floating shelves and desk. This project took 2 days of carpentry and it was built on-site and homeowner wanted to save on costs and choose to do the hand-painting.
What was the room like before?
“Although the fireplace and chimney breast were standard features, the room needed something else to give it a lift”.
What was the room like after?
“Considering it’s a stand-alone living room, ( not open plan), the shelving gave it a lovely decorative feel and great functional space. Opting for the desk on one side also gives that place for work, which is a good addition”.
