We design and build a wide range of custom furniture solutions tailored to your space:
- Wardrobes & Bedrooms: Bespoke built-in wardrobes, fitted loft and cabin beds.
- Living & Media: Custom-made TV units, built-in shelving and bookshelves.
- Smart Storage: Fitted alcove cupboards, built-in under stairs storage and bespoke cupboards.

Our current lead time is 2-4 weeks from the moment you approve the technicial 3D drawings.
We offer hand-painting as a finish.
Alternatively you can opt to paint the furniture yourself to save on costs. Here is a link to a video demonstrating our painting procedure.
Choosing a colour is a very personal decision. A great way to decide is to purchase a few tester pots (usually £5–£7 from a local paint shop) and apply them directly to the wall where the unit will be built. This allows you to see how the actual paint reacts to the room’s natural light, as digital screens cannot accurately represent the true colour.
We use British Medium Density Fibre, knows as MDF to build the client’s bespoke furniture. The reasons we use this engineered wood is down to its durability and versatility. Engineered wood is hard to crack or flex and is generally smooth meaning it is easier to sand, prime and hand-painted without having to worry about knots in the finished product.
We also offer wooden worktops and Oak and Walnut Veneer.
For choosing the paint colour, you have 2 options:
- You can advise us of the colour, brand and finish of the paint you’d like and we can source it for you – the cost of the paint is then added to your final invoice. Due to availability of supplies we are only able to source paints from Leyland, Little Greene, Farrow and Ball or Dulux.
- You can purchase the paint and primer yourself – we are happy to advise what quantities we recommend.
Please note paint should be water-based in either a Satinwood or Eggshell finish. Matt Emulsion is not suitable for furniture painting and we cannot paint your furniture in this even if you provide it.
Yes MDF is durable. MDF is the British standard and the most used material on the market today. It is durable, and a lot cheaper than general wood which is often limited in use due to only being able to access it in small size planks which require more expensive and time consuming fitting. We are extremely experienced in using MDF and know how to shape it and bring it to its full glory.
We provide a 5 year workmanship warranty on our carpentry services, subject to normal use.
Due to the nature of bespoke carpentry and that it is fitted precisely to the client’s space no matter how wonky the ceiling, walls and floors may be we always build and fit on-site. We do keep disruption to a bear minimum as we are very aware that more and more people are also working from home so we arrange things to get your work done as efficiently and quickly as possible.
- Please Note: Sourced handles must be purchased and on-site before carpentry construction begins so our team can fit them during the build.
Yes, we use soft close for doors and drawers. They are a popular option currently. We do use the highest quality hinges in the industry, however if you do decide to have soft close there will be an additional cost.

When you referral books and completes a project with us, you will receive:
- 5% of the total value for jobs up to £2,500.

We aim to send your itemised quotation within 24 to 48 hours following your design visit.
To help you get your project started, we offer a 10% early bird discount if you decide to go ahead within 7 days of receiving the quote. You will see this discount deducted directly on your quotation.
Any adjustments made during the 3D design phase—such as adding extra shelves, drawers, doors, or altering the overall style of the unit—will impact the final project cost.
If you opt for our painting service, please note that the initial quote excludes the cost of the paint materials. We omit this early on since most clients are still deciding on colors.
- Selection: You choose your preferred paint color.
- Pricing: We calculate the exact cost for the required primer and topcoats.
- Final Invoice: This material cost will be clearly added to your final invoice.
Yes, absolutely! It is best to let us know before signing off on your 3D drawings. This allows us to schedule your carpentry and painting work close together to avoid any delays, and we will happily honour the 10% discount for the painting service as well.
Once you have accepted the quote, we require a 30% deposit. You will receive 3D drawings which you need to approve. If needed the Invoice is revised to make sure you only pay for what is on the approved design.
Design Process: Step 1 - Approval of 3D Drawings
Once the 30% deposit is received. It will take between 2-4 working days.
It is very important when approving the 3D drawing, that you review the below points to ensure we design your unit to your required specification and functionality.
- Confirm Your Item measurements – please verify that the depth, height, and width of the new unit accommodate your specific display items. For example, to find the ideal shelf depth, measure your largest or average-sized books from the wall. Repeat this process for electronics (computers, printers), plants, and decor.
- If you plan on buying a new TV, please provide the TV measurements
- If you require any integrated lighting, present your 3D drawing to your preferred electrician and he should let you know what the size of the channels are so we can add the grooves into the 3D drawing.
- If you are getting a sound or AV system, please provide details of where the holes are for cabling.
- Any holes for wires for home office and TV units.
- If you are moving radiators or changing plugs, this needs to be known.
- We provide pine knob door handles, if you require other types of door handles, please source them before your carpentry construction and we can install them for you.
- With crowns and skirting boards, we only offer a few styles, and we cannot match your existing units, but it can be similar, please review these at 3D designs.
- Do not decorate in the room in which we are building the carpentry at least one month prior to the date of carpentry construction, the painting will get damaged during the construction due to the dust specks.
- If there any other construction / decorating projects taking place, please let the 3D designer know as it could impact the measurements.
Yes, you can request changes to your 3D drawings.
Changes to the 3D drawings, i.e. additions of shelves, drawers, doors etc.; and amendments to the style of the unit, will affect the overall cost of your project and you will receive a decreased or increased revised invoice upon approval of the 3D drawings.
Once the drawings are approved, they will be forwarded to our carpentry department for planning and material ordering. Please be aware that any changes requested after approval could incur additional costs, and might result in your project start being delayed.
Our Design Satisfaction Guarantee
While 99% of our clients are happy with their bespoke 3D drawings, we understand the flexibility is important. If we cannot reach a design you are happy after revisions, we are happy to refund your deposit.
Please note that because our designes invest significant time into creating and amending these custom visuals, a flat fee £100 design fee will be deducted from your refund to cover their work.
Design Process: Step 2 - Carpentry Construction
Our Production Manager, Rebecca, will contact you shortly with a proposed start date. We can hold this date for you for 24 hours, so please confirm your booking within that window to secure your slot
To ensure your carpentry construction runs smoothly we need you to provide us with confirmation on the points listed below;
- Before your project starts it is very important that you are happy with your chosen design – once you accept the start date we place orders for your materials based off your design – all changes going forward will lead to additional costs.
- That you or someone else will be in between 8am and 9am on the start date, to allow our team access or arrange for a set of keys to be accessible to them. If it’s is not you who will be providing access please give us the name and phone number of the contact person.
- The room where the work is taking place will be emptied of all furniture before our arrival or if the room is large enough then please arrange for your furniture to be pushed to one side of the room and stacked up as much as possible. This is so there is as much floor space as possible for the carpenters to construct your furniture – they do have a lot of materials and a lot of tools and without the floor space they cannot build the furniture. If the room is not cleared enough and our carpenters need to spend time clearing the room we will unfortunately need to ask you to reimburse us for the lost labour time, so please do make sure you think about this ahead of time. Depending on the schedule of the project it may also mean that your project has to be rescheduled to a later date.
- Please confirm what type of flooring you have so that we bring the correct floor protection materials – whether carpet or hard wood flooring.
- That you can provide visitor/ residential parking for the carpenter’s van during the days the project will take place. Without this our team will be unable to work – if you are unable to provide visitor / residential parking permits for the team please purchase alternative parking for the carpenter. We suggest all parking is booked on the morning the carpenter arrives in case of any changes to arrival time or van details.
- That any items such as a radiator or socket you have been advised tomove by the sales team have either been removed or relocated. Our team are Carpenters and cannot deal with your electric sockets, or plumbing so please do make sure that this is done ahead of time.
Do not decorate the room where your project is taking place before the Carpentry project – we cannot build your furniture in freshly painted rooms – if you have already painted recently please inform me as we will need to allow at least one month from completion of the painting to the start of the carpentry project.
Whilst the majority of the pieces are cut off site certain trickier parts will need to be cut onsite so as to get them millimetre perfect. Therefore it is part of our ethos that we always ensure a thorough preparation of the room by covering all floors and furniture for the full duration of the work. Upon completion of your job we also do a thorough clean and work to leave the space as clean as when we first arrived.

Painting is only booked upon completion of the Carpentry project as any changes or fixes that need to occur need to be completed prior to painting.
The 40% payment, as mentioned on your invoice, is due before the start of the painting part of your project.
Painting includes filling, priming and sanding before the application of the top coat paint.
Before a painting date is booked in we need confirmation of the paint colour you have selected – we paint only one colour per piece of furniture.

- The doors get removed, ironmongery, drawers etc. etc.
- One coat gets applied
- Checking furniture for additional filling.
- Sanding all down
- Checking for further imperfections.
- Vacuuming and wiping entire furniture several times for final coats to make sure all residuals are removed for a smooth finish
- The second coat gets applied
- The third coat gets applied
- The fourth coat gets applied
- Inspection done and where needed some touch ups will take place
